We’re currently have four available fully furnished treatment rooms, available on weekends, where you can run your own practice independently. Whether you're a mental health therapist, dietitian, or any other provider looking for a professional, quiet setting—our space is ready for you.

What’s Included:

• Comfortable, fully furnished offices
• Utilities and high-speed internet
• Secure environment with locked front doors and PIN code access (weekends and evenings)
• ADA-compliant building with elevator access
• Designated ADA parking for clients and staff
• Flexible weekend and evening availability

Cost:  $200 per month for one day per week on either Saturday or Sunday. 

Length of Lease: We offer leasing options of 6 months or 12 months.
