We offer two specialized tracks: Eating Disorder-Informed Movement Coaching and Weight-Neutral Movement Coaching, each designed to meet clients where they are in their wellness journey.
Movement Coaching sessions are 1-hour virtual appointments that support your physical and emotional well-being. Led by a NASM-Certified Trainer, each session offers expert, compassionate guidance to help you move with confidence and care.
This isn’t just fitness. It’s a trauma-informed, weight-neutral approach to movement that respects your lived experience and centers your well-being. Through gentle, empowering practices, we create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with your body, build trust in your movement, and cultivate strength from the inside out.

The Intake Session is the first session where you focus on your story—your relationship with movement and food, health history, and goals. Together, we’ll build a tailored plan that reflects your values and supports how you want to feel in your body.
Based on this conversation, we’ll also determine whether you might benefit most from an Insight Session, a Guided Session, or a Fusion Session.
The Insight Session is a guided conversation through movement coaching—no exercise or physical activity required.
It’s a space to talk openly about your relationship with movement, unpack fears or triggers, and reflect on past experiences that shape how you feel in your body. Through thoughtful dialogue and somatic awareness, you’ll begin to reframe movement as something supportive and empowering.
The Guided Session offers a full hour of intentional, supportive exercise tailored to your needs. With real-time cues and encouragement, you'll explore gentle strength-building, mobility, and body awareness.
The focus is on moving with care, connection, and presence—no pressure, no performance.
The Fusion Session combines guided movement with reflective pauses to explore what arises in your body and mind as you move.
The session flows between intentional movement and moments of insight, creating space for both physical engagement and personal reflection. It’s a holistic experience designed to deepen your connection to movement and self.
