Getting Started
Here are the four steps to getting started at Ash & Birch Counseling for Weight-Inclusive Nutrition and Mental Health Counseling Services.
1. You will fill out the secure Prospective Client Intake Form.
2. We will reach out to you via email to find an intake appointment time that works for you. Please check your spam if you don't see anything within 72 business hours.
3. You will receive an email allowing you to access the client portal where you will find documents to complete before your intake appointment.
4. You will attend your intake appointment which typically lasts around 50 to 60 minutes. At the end of the appointment, you will discuss how often you would like to meet and schedule follow-up appointments with your clinician.
