Kelsey is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist in practice for over 10 years. She recently became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. 

Clinical Interests: 10+, Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating and Chronic Dieting, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Trauma, Life Transitions, Self-Exploration, Chronic Illness, Relationship Issues (Peer, Intimate, etc.), Veterans

Practice Locations: Providing in-person services in the Puyallup office and virtually throughout the state of Washington.

Ongoing Learning: She has started the journey of exploring animal-assisted therapy with her dog, Shiloh.
