Emily Sakaida

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who offers nutrition care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. While she doesn't work with Ash & Birch Counseling, she’s still committed to supporting clients across various levels of care with compassion and expertise. 

Clinical Interests: Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating, Diabetes, Chronic Kidney Disease

Practice Locations: Providing virtual sessions throughout the state of Washington. 

Ongoing Interests: Emily has found a growing interest in nutrition during pregnancy.
