Emily Sakaida

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who works here at Ash & Birch Counseling, providing compassionate outpatient nutrition care. In addition to her role with us, she also serves patients at her local hospital in an inpatient setting, where she delivers complex, medically tailored nutrition support. This dual commitment allows Emily to offer expert guidance across a wide spectrum of health needs—from everyday wellness to acute clinical interventions. 

Clinical Interests: 16+, Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating, Diabetes Support, Chronic Kidney Disease, Heart Conditions (Hypertension, High Cholesterol, etc.), Diabetes Support, Nutrition-Related Diagnoses  

Practice Locations: Providing virtual sessions throughout the state of Washington. 

Ongoing Interests: Emily has found a growing interest in nutrition during pregnancy.
